I really enjoyed making this card.  It is very interesting and so different.  The typewriter tag slips into the black envelope!  This lady had us stamp the Hello on a jumbo brad, hadn't thought about doing that before!  Great idea..

Sympathy Card

I know, I am having a time with my camera or maybe it's the user?
Michelle is my upline with Stampin' Up! and she brought this card for the Carolinas Girl event last Saturday.  Beautiful and simple to make.  Love this embossing folder.

Yes, today is my birthday so I have posted another card from Carolina Girls.  I had to pick it because I come from a long line of military families.  I was happy to see this card and I really like the simplicity of it.  I am on my way to Florence to visit my mother for Mother's Day.

Domestic Godess

I love these colors and the designer paperis Domestic Godess from Stampin Up.  Patti's card was the easiest to make because she had it all stamped and ready to go.  I liked that and love the card.  Patti was one of the coordinators for Carolina Girls last Saturday.

Black and White

Yes, it's blurry and I apologize but I think you can make out the image enough to case if you'd like.  The flower is embossed and the white background was run through an embossing folder.  I believe Andrene brought this classic card in black and white on Saturday.   Love it!

Time Spent With Friends...

This is another card from Saturday.  It is made using designer paper; this way the card used only a base as the design is on the paper.  The sentiment and a flower were added for focus.  Thanks for visiting......there are more nice cards on the way.

Birthday Candles

Well, our Carolina Girls card making event was terrific!  Everyone had a good time, met new friends and made new ones.  The next few days I will be posting cards that we made Saturday, so I cannot take credit for them, I only stamped and put them together.  I blogged about the card I took for everyone to make; it's under my post Precious Butterflies.  Thank you for stopping by.....

Today is Claire's first birthday!  She is precious...
Did I mention that I love the Everyday Enchantment designer paper and colors?  This card is totally cased from Pinterest (it's hard to improve on beauty) but I added a second butterfly and changed the sentiment.  Do I have a reason for a congratulations card?  Hmm...

Vanilla Flower

I took three pictures of this card and all of them were blurry; not sure why?  This card was one from my upline's stamp class in April.  I love Stampin' Up! and this card uses all of their products.  If you can't tell, the inside of the layered flowers is very small flowers which I placed tiny pearls in.

Precious Butterflies-2

Here is another version of the Precious Butterflies stamp I am using for the Carolina Girls event this Saturday. After seeing this close up, I had to go back and straighten up the sentiment!  All products are Stampin' Up!

Needed a bright cheerful get well card and I believe this fits the ticket!  All products are Stampin' Up!  I used the turtle and sentiment from the Turtle & Co. stamp set and the in colors designer series paper in Pear Pizazz, Daffodil and Melon Mambo.  I colored in the turtle using garden green write marker then added a clear tiny button with tied with twine.

Precious Butterflies

This is the card I am taking to our Carolina Girls shoebox swap this Saturday.  I used all Stampin' Up! products.  The card stock is white for the base and stamped areas, the frame is blushing bride and so is the cut butterflies, ribbon and stamped butterflies; the background is old olive run through the dotted embossing folder for texture.  The stamps are in a hostess set Precious Butterflies.
We have 23 ladies from different areas of SC meeting to swap and enjoy what we do.
